Alongside the client work, we build and maintain our own software: two applications and four WordPress plugins. Everything here is live, supported, and used by people outside this office.

Products we build, host and support ourselves.
Happy Tracker
Time tracking and team productivity for service businesses. A sprint board, timesheets with manager approval and week locking, activity scoring, optional screenshots, reports and invoices generated from billable time. Free for five users, and the free plan is a plan, not a trial.
HappyRec
A free screen recorder. Record a screen, a window, a tab or an area at up to 4K with system audio and your voice. Twelve animated avatars and an eight-preset voice changer on Mac, for when you would rather not be on camera. Every recording stays on your machine.
WordPress plugins
All four are published free on the WordPress plugin directory, and we keep them tested against the current WordPress release — all four are tested to WordPress 7.0.
Three of them exist because a client needed them and nothing on the directory did the job properly.
Multi Address for WooCommerce
An address book for your customers. Save several billing and shipping addresses with nicknames, pick one at checkout instead of typing it again, and have new addresses saved automatically. Works on Classic and Block checkout.
OTP Login for WooCommerce
Log in with a mobile number and a one-time password instead of a password. SMS and WhatsApp through MSG91, or email OTP. Also sends order-placed, shipped, completed and abandoned-cart messages.
Store Hours for WooCommerce
Take orders only during your opening hours. Customers can still browse everything, and they are told when you open again. Blocks every add-to-cart route, including the direct checkout URL.
Smart Image Alt Text
Find and fill missing ALT text across the whole Media Library in bulk, with duplicate detection and an option to run automatically on upload. For sites with years of images and no ALT text on any of them.
Why we build our own
An agency that only ever builds to order never finds out what it is like to maintain something for three years, answer support for it, or explain a price to somebody who did not have to buy it.
These products are how we find out. Happy Tracker runs our own timesheets. HappyRec records our own handovers. Three of the four plugins started as something a client needed. When we tell you a thing will be awkward to maintain, it is usually because we have already maintained one.
How we support them
- Every product has a free version — and the two applications have a free plan, not a trial that expires
- The plugins are tested against each new WordPress release and updated on the directory
- Happy Tracker and HappyRec are built and hosted by us, so support comes from the people who wrote the code
- Nothing here resells or white-labels somebody else’s software
- Where there is a catch — the HappyRec badge, the MSG91 account OTP Login needs — it is written on the product’s own page, not buried
Questions people ask
Are these actually free, or free-for-a-month?
The four plugins and HappyRec are free outright. Happy Tracker has a free plan for five users that does not expire — paid plans add seats, projects and a longer retention window, not the basic features.
Do you support them, or are they side projects?
We support them. The plugins are updated for each WordPress release, and Happy Tracker and HappyRec are hosted and maintained by us because we use them ourselves.
Can you customise one of them for us?
Usually, yes. That becomes client work rather than a product, and we will tell you plainly if the thing you want is better built separately.
